About Block Restaurant

Our Story

Block was born out of a love for coffee, cooking, and community. What started as a dream of opening a coffee shop quickly evolved into something bigger. After catering a women’s retreat in 2016, a single comment—“If you had a restaurant, I’d eat there every day”—sparked a shift in vision. Within nine months, Block opened its doors in 2017, creating a space where Utah County could experience elevated dining in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Our Philosophy

We believe food should be beautiful but never pretentious. That’s why our menu celebrates familiar flavors with a playful twist, encouraging guests to step slightly outside their comfort zone. Every dish is rooted in seasonal, chef-driven ingredients and inspired by cultures from around the world.
